Abstract Submission : 01/08/2017 − 22/09/2017 

Abstract Presentation and Submission Guideline :   

• All the participants are requested to submit their abstracts not exceeding 500 words.

• Authors should use the Template for the preparation of the abstract, which would be single-spaced and sized for A4 paper (21cm 29.7cm) with 2.5 cm margins on all sides of the page 

• Authors should underline the preferred mode of presentation i.e. oral/poster as given in the template

• Authors should mention the corresponding author’s contact number as given in the template

• The filenames must be in the form “presenting author.pdf”

• The abstract should be submitted via Email to namasta2017@dibru.ac.in

• There will be three best poster presentation awards

Oral/Poster Presentation Guideline :

Oral Presentation : Each presentation will be of maximum 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion)

Poster Presentation :

Posters Style : Portrait

Poster Size : The maximum outer border should be 3.3 ft (width) x 3.9 ft (height)
